Within the scope of the Conference Program, our companies that want to make a presentation are required to make a reservation in the Conference Program by choosing the day and time of their presentation from the Conference Program Schedule to be published, and sending an e-mail to emir.somali@artkim.com.tr with the person who will make the presentation and the presentation topics in Turkish and English.
The area will be entered for stand installations on SUNDAY, MAY 05, 2024 at 15:00. The dismantling of all stands must be completed by SATURDAY, MAY 11, 2024, at 12:00, and the area must be delivered to the organization in a clean state.
Fair participants’ entry and exit times to the fair area will be between 09:00 – 19:00.
Badges entered with usernames and passwords through the online system until April 17, 2024 are sent to the shipping address specified in the contract before that date. If the badges are reported missing, they can be obtained from the registration area until Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 18.00.
Companies requesting extra materials must send their requests by e-mail to operation@artkim.com.tr by April 17, 2024, at the latest. A 50% increase will be applied to orders placed at the fairground.
Companies wishing to have a compressed air-water connection must send their requests by e-mail to operation@artkim.com.tr by April 17, 2024 at the latest. (Companies wishing to have a Compressed Air-Water Connection must have a raised floor of at least 5cm.) A 50% increase will be applied to orders placed in the fair area.
Cleaning service will be provided by Artkim Fuarcılık during the fair, cleaning of general areas and cleaning of corridors in the halls. If the exhibitor company wants to have the interior cleaning done by other than its staff, they can request it via the online system.
You cannot have all or some parts of your stands dismantled before the official closing time of the exhibition.
The minimum stand area is 9 m2.
